We can usually accommodate changes if the request is made before your order enters production. However, once your order is in production, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations. How can I track my order?You can easily track your order using the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email. Alternatively, you can visit the 'Orders' tab in your account on our website to view your order status. For added convenience, if you are in the Netherlands, you can input the tracking number we provided into the PostNL app. Your order will begin tracking as soon as it enters the Netherlands, allowing you to monitor its progress every step of the way.

How do I return an order?Items can be returned within a 14 day window after the product has been received, for any reason whatsoever. If you return the product for any reason other than quality issues, you will have to pay the postage for the return. If there is a problem with the quality of the item, Altum Fashion will cover the cost of the return postage. In both cases, the money you spent will be deposited in your account within 14 days of the return process being initiated. You can fill out the return form at altum.fashion/returns, or through the 'orders' tab from your account.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?Typically, your order will take about 7 days to arrive. This timeframe includes both production and shipping. We take pride in carefully producing each item to meet our quality standards, so while it might take a few days, you can be assured that your order will be worth the wait.

Why haven't I received a confirmation email?A lot of email platforms place these kinds of emails in the spam folder. Please check your spam and non-priority mailboxes. Does the problem still persist? Please reach out to us so we can help you as soon as possible and send you the confirmation manually.

The tracking info shows that my order has been delivered, but I haven't received it yet.This happens a lot more often than you might think. PostNL, our usual last-mile deliverer, often has issues tracking internationally shipped orders. The bottom line is: If the order's status is 'delivered' but you haven't received it, the package should be dropped off for collection at the closest/usual PostNL package point. If the package point doesn't have the package either, please send us an email so we can contact the delivery company and sort out where your order is.

Do you offer international shipping?Currently, we only ship to customers within The Netherlands. We’re working on expanding our shipping options in the future, but for now, we’re focused on serving our Dutch customers with the best possible service.

How do I apply a discount code to my order?You can apply a discount code directly in your cart before proceeding to checkout. If you wish to redeem Altum Rewards points or a gift card, you can do so during the 'Payment' step when placing your order. Simply enter the relevant code or select the option to redeem your points, and the discount will be applied to your total.
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs amount to approximately 7.25 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates.
If you use your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging will be taken over by the entrepreneur. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to sell the product, we can pass on this reduction in value of the product to you. So treat the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returning.
To exercise this right, you can fill in the prescribed form. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has been returned in good order.
